If you are unable to connect to your Synology NAS you can go to https://account.synology.com/en-global and sign in with your business email address, once signed in click on "My Devices" and take note of the "QuickConnect ID" once you have this you will be able to connect to your NAS from anywhere in the world by going to www.quickconnect.to/(your ID)
